Upon receipt of your package, we will check and refund or create the credit note within an average of 5 days.
In the event of a refund request, it will be made by reverse transaction (via the payment method used during the initial order).
For a payment in several installments, the amount is deducted from the last direct debit.

Our return policy allows you to return your new products (neither worn to training nor washed), with labels attached and in their original packaging, within 30 days. (Returns are paid and payable by the customer except in case of size problem or request to have)

Items tried on for size verification are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.

In the event of a refund, the gifts offered with the products must also be returned.
The envelopes containing the product (s) to be returned must not be stapled (risk of deterioration of the product and of the original packaging).

In Europe / Worldwide, Björka delivers to your home by colissimo with a financial contribution to the shipping costs of 12.38 €

Orders placed before 12 noon are generally processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time generally observed is 48h to 72h for home delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once validated, we generally cannot change the delivery address of an order.
However, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to make the change as far as possible.

No change of address can be made once your order leaves our warehouse. You can place a new one with a different address and contact us to request the return of the original order.
